All of human history is proof that no oppressor class can avoid the fate of being overthrown by the oppressed. The October Revolution, the Chinese Revolution, and the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution showed us how the bourgeois, the strongest, most numerous, and organized oppressor class, too can be overthrown by the proletariat. The bourgeois cannot erase the victories of the proletariat from history, nor can it cannot wipe out Marxism-Leninism-Maoism from the world, so it is left with one last weapon – revisionism.

We will begin Stormy Petrel by debunking the blatant opportunism that is virulent in the US. Pro-imperialist opportunism must be fought with proletarian internationalism. Within the US, the oppressed people are encircled by millions of petty bourgeois parasites who live off the dividends of US imperialism. We hope to chart a way for the oppressed people within the US to unite with the world proletariat and the break the siege laid by the US imperialists.
